Hmm... I wonder if you have a version where her face is actually showing, not just blocked with another shot of her eyes. Although this is a lovely piece of art, I would've preferred to see the whole thing, granted, I don't know if you decided to make the picture this way as an art expression, or as a way to avoid dA from taking it down, as they are so eager to when it comes to any NaruHina smexiness, to our misfortune. T_T
Nevertheless, wonderful work, though I agree with what someone else said. Naruto does look kinda angry... and I don't know why... if it's again something you did on purpose to show how angry he is that she got hurt. However, you would expect that in this setting he'd have a more tender expression since it's such an intimate situation. Oh well.

Mmmm... I cut the head because originally I wasn´t going to put the manga images. Then I decided to add them to explain better the story of the scar. I don´t think It was the best idea now.
He looks angry or serious because I think that every time he sees that scar it reminds him about the Pain encounter. It reminds him of the fears and desperation he had at the moment and how selfish she was being.

Mmm… Le corte la cabeza porque originalmente la imagen iba a ser esa sola, despues decidi agregar las imagenes del manga para recordar mejor el momento en el que la hieren. Ahora que lo veo tal vez no fue la mejor idea.
El la mira enojado o serio por que, en mi cabeza, cada vez que el ve esa cicatriz le recuerda lo que paso con Pain, recuerda los sentimientos de miedo e impotencia de ese momento y el egoismo de Hinata.
