Through the Forced Evolution Simulation (or FES) function of ''The Device'', Ben can enhance the alien forms dna into further evolved version. The hairless, emaciated vulpimancer now has:

Leathery tough red skin,
Abigger maw with sharper fangs and a longer tongue,
A significant increase in muscle mass,
At the end of their body now grows a tail with a stinger,
They have gained a semi-pedal posture similar to gorilla's. Still running on all fours with their knuckles, but now also able to use their front arms for grabbing stuff.
Their knuckles have boney spikes on them for further damage, similar to the row of spikes on their back and elbows.

Due to their bigger size they and knuckle running their speed may be decreased compared to the pre-FES form.

What I found important about an ultimate wildmutt would be that it stayed animalistic. Ive seen tons of designs where he becomes more humanoid and that is cool, however I find the line up is filled with enough humanoids already. So preserving the more monsterous look was just key to me. Now gaining thumbs would be a good evolution step however, so I went for a middle stage by using the way of gorilla's. They still keep mostly on all fours, but if something is hanging high, or he needs an enemy tighter or other such situations, he can use hands in more refined ways.
