Dont break my heart (Broken Heart) Tribute to =Estheryu

Due to recent events and my upset my boyfriend bought me a 'Wacom Bamboo Pen & Touch tablet' ...so this is my second proper practice at using the tablet.... So I asked about for line art as I wanted to practice using the tablet and such. The amazing =Estheryu said I could use her line art and so I chose to use this one (Dont break my heart ).

Date: 18th-19th September 2011.
Time: Just under 6 hours.
Program: Photoshop 7.
Brush Set(s): Standard PS7 Brush Sets
Tools: Wacom Bamboo Pen & Touch (tablet).

Information: I am not sure how to advance and such and I have been looking at a lot of tutorials. I am aiming to do more realism and such but I'd love feedback on what I have done here.

Once again a massive thank you to =Estheryu for letting me use her line art! I had a lot of fun and creativity and while I didn't stick 100% to the lines I felt like I added my own small changes to enhance the piece. I like what I came up with although I feel there's lots of learning and improvement to do. But it was a real challenge and a joy to be able to work from line art created by such a talented artist.
