It's a custom species called a RuneHorn pony. I adopted it from it's previous owner, but I don't know all that much about the species really. Here's the ref. sheet I was given:

They are the next step in human evolution, humans who have mutated due to their super-evolved genes, said mutations manifest in either superpowers, physical mutations, or both. Your Earth counterpart's mutation made her into a saurian being. She is dead now, killed by the supervillain Mister Hyde.
