Description Ah, well here's the coloured version of my Grimmjow lineart from before which was done by hand using Letraset Promarkers and Derwent colour pencils for the greys that I'm lacking in my collection of markers and for the further shading of the skin tone.

It took me quite a while to colour this. The solid base colours didn't take so long (obviously, else they'd turn out streaky) but refining the details like the shading of the skin and trying to make the hair look... well, hairy. But I really must say that despite how expensive the markers are I bloody well love them! I was given a few pointers for using alcohol-based markers during one of the drawing workshops on my course about rendering.

My apologies for the lack of clean-up of the image. It's not nearly as crisp as the lineart I posted, I must say, but this is the completely unedited version ... well aside from the complete desaturation of the sheet around the image, the rest is completely untouched and is pretty much as it was scanned in.
