Going by you poll, I have decided I will post some of the original sketches.I will post them side by side later.

As you can see the face has been changed a bit, I wish I kept it this way though, it's more delicate. The floor, some perspective, and a couple of other things have been altered.
Honestly while colouring this, it took me so long I forgot what I was doing with it, so when I came back to it..I just worked with what was there.

See, that's one thing I could NEVER do... studies of pictures. I DID (and DO) my art the first go, mostly. I do hate when things get lost in the translation from one medium to another... I have done some pics in both pencil/watercolors and then in acrylics, and man, did some things not work as well. Honestly, I like this one a lil more than the other, but for the much more completed feel of the floor and curtains in the final piece. I like the contrast you came up with there.

I technically do do them on the first go, I just colour the drawing in via computer. It's just another step really.
Once I draw something, there is little chance I can do it again.
I like this one a little better too, just because it's got a more melancholy feel to it.. But I really wanted to play with those colours.
