interesting card, although it may be a tad overpowered but saying that I don't know anything about your archetype. if you don't mind could I make a couple of suggestions first off you should probably make the monster 1 or 2 levels higher so that it cant be spammed out that would be way overpowering considering its attack power and effect, also the wording could be improved you should probably add the synchro requirements too you know "1 tuner monster + 1 or more non-tuner monsters" or something to that effect. Sorry if I come off as a bit rude it your card you can make it how you want to, I just wanna help cause I'm currently making yugioh cards at the mo and I thought id share some of the things ive learned. Anyway I really like the card art nice job I'm looking forward to see more romancen cards!
