You use the code :thumb 2w4252353: but without the space. You get the thumb from the person's deviation. It's on the middle right. Like yours would be :thumb 158916024: but it's :thumb158916024: without the space.
To add a person's picture you put :icon -insertusernamehere-: like me :icondannie 3d: which results in without the space. :3
