Yeah, your right, I know i went a little over board, but thats cuz i didnt really look into how charas work, with the whole thing about what you wish you were good at and stuff, but now i leved up so i'll make new charas to be born ( and not too much this time )

Hehe, Yeah, I know the feeling of wanting to have many charas, I gave my oc three once.... then I toned it down to two, might even tone it down to one.... anyways I've noticed that it's really friken common for people to give their ocs 3 or 4 charas, but then there's the people that give themselves way more then that once, I saw a chick who had 7 charas & was apparently Amu's sister.... so yeah.... XD

Yeah, the more charas you have the more crappier you are at talents. And if you give too many you put more attension to your OC than the main character Amu-chan. I think i'll give her just 1-2 aswell ( i dunno i just love this emoticon XD)

Yeah, I agree it makes them seem like attention whores & who really needs that many charas?Β it also annoys me(possibly even more then millions of charas) is when they pair their ocs with main cannon characters(like Ikuto, Tadase, Kukai, & etc.) .... I mean it's fine they can do what they want, but still....

for fanfics i think its fine, like how can you not resist Ikuto?Β Β
But if you really state as a fact that your character dates someone who is taken in the anime, it just ruins the plot and people night find it irritating because it might be their favourite pairing.

Yeah, Ikuto is a sexy lil kitty, who is obviously in love with Amu(& I naturally pair Amu & Ikuto something hardcore) so when they paur their ocs with him(who most of the time either look like Amu or have the same amount or more charas then her) it just ticks me off to no end.... XD

Oh, don't worry it's fine I mainly dislike the ones that are poorly written, I don't mind the ones that are played off correctly, because most of the ones I've read that I don't like, look like this "a new gorgeous girl with many charas walks into school, gets invited to join the guardians she replaces/shares Amu's Joker position & is better at purifying eggs then she is, blah blah, Ikuto sees her & becomes interested or is instantly in love with her"....yep.... Β

Usually when people do these OC Shugo Charas I delete them from messages right away coz they're trashy little artworks made on DA Muro or something.
