It could be! But she does have neck geo that's just painted yellow.
She has a giant sharpie in her pocket so she can check off her patientsΒ Β But she probably won't ever use it XP

Most incredible. The glowing brain domes are the ultimate creative touch of genius. I'd love to see what this looks like in action in a game and very curious about the shader/material Β methods. Doesn't look plastic like a normal 3D render - looks very much like the beautiful art I'd expect to see in a pro comic book.

It's supposed to be ironic and silly because she's not actually a nurse, she's posing as one.Β Β Same reason the other character is a janitor with a giant cauterizer flamethrower Β
