This is the first time I've ever attempted any form of pixel artwork, and I like how it turned out.Thank you, for the beautiful pixel rose tutorial you posted.

Very cute little rose. I admit many of my original pixeling was no where near this nice. However, I didn't use a tutorial, I prefer trial and error I suppose. Again it is really nice

Thank you! Even with using the tutorial was a little complicated, but now after i've done it, it helped me understand shading when it comes to pixels. Tutorials are lovely, when I first decided to try it out, I had no idea on how to go about it. But by looking through tutorials and other people's pixel art, I get more of a feel on how to do it exactly.

Just wait till you start making motion .gifs now those are addictive

Yeah they are fun too and also easier to make in gimp because you can actually export layers as a .gif from the app
