I just got my Wacom a couple of weeks ago and finally I decided to make a wall from one of the stock images I've been saving for a while on my computer. I wanted to wall the image badly, but I only had a tracking ball and felt that vectoring it would take away the sketchy feel. The original image is of a screenshot from the ending of episode 16, the recap episode, and it is my favorite of the various ones shown, and I'm surprised no one has made a wall from pretty much any of them. I've been saving this image for a while, so I have no idea where I found it anymore at such a large size. XPHere it is:

I'm aware that I drew Nia's pupils a different shape than the normal cross/flowery ones. I thought they'd look weird here if they were like that, so meh...
Fans from the series should know where the title comes from - from the epic song "Libera Me from Hell" played during the final episodes of the series. ^_^
Programs used: Photoshop CS2
Brushes: all defaults
Texture: old paper by Bleeding Dragon from DA
Time spent: 3 days

I unfortunately made this back when I had a 16:10 screen. But I currently still use it on my 16:9 one anyway - your computer should be able to "center" the image without distorting it (or having to resize it in photoshop). Just a bit off the top and bottom and it still looks fine to me.

Yeah, it can use it that way, but I have to use the universal "fit" setting for my wallpaper folder (1,071 image wallpaper folder, don't judge me),and I hate those black edges that it forces to either side.

I like collecting walls too. ;D Go ahead and crop it to your liking - cause the file's so old that that's ultimately what I'd have to do for it to fit 16:9 as well. My 1080p already cuts the top and bottom when it "centers" 16:10 walls, and it looks fine to me this way.

This is really beautiful. I love how you've portrayed her. IMO, with her eyes nearly closed there really wouldn't be any good way to get across the unique shape of her pupils, and what you've done looks just fine and entirely identifiable as Nia.
