Man, I kinda suck at titles, but whatever...
Haha, this odd piece was actually an assignment at an art institute I went to for a summer. The assignment was to recreate something from our past that was meaningful, and to illustrate it using predominantly complementary colors. I chose how I felt after I went to Alaska, (the awe I guess), and chose a purple/yellow color scheme (but I went overboard and added greens and browns, etc). And viola, here's the funky surreal painting that came from that assignment. Apparently my instructors liked it a lot.
