Her dad is the Head of Current Affairs in the Global News Channel. Her dream is to take over her dad's place one day, but by her own hard work. Despite her dressing, she doesn't spend much time thinking about relationships, as she claims, she has much important things to worry about than boys.

*Nour'ans are the habitants of Nereiph, a gigantic planet that has only 20% land, which are 15% islands and 5% countries. The water is inhabited by Nerei'ens; a species that are mermaid/sirens. All Nour'ans and Neirei'ens have three distinguishing characteristics. 1. Their height is shorter than an average fairy/human; 5" is the tallest. 2. Their eyes have a more glassy/crystallized look. 3. Their hair has an ombre gradient. 4.tattoo which classifies them into groups. The one Victoria has shows that she is from the high class. Her father's news channel is known all over the planet so, her last name (up to you) is well-known by everyone. Most people from Victoria's group have their tattoos on their faces (this includes ears). They are called Nizers. All Nizers love entertainment, so they are found mostly in Media business. Famous singers, actors, dancers, etc. come from the Nizer group. When in another dimension or planet, Nour'ans and Nerei'ens have to hide their tattoos. For males, they have to be hidden at all times, for females they may only be visible in their fairy or Nerei'en form. Sometimes people immigrate to other planets to earn a well-paying job of their interest. While Nereiph isn't the richest planet when it comes to finances, it sure is the richest in magic.
