As Jeremy pointed out, it's completely anatomically incorrect and if Penny Crayon brought the poor bastard to life then he'd probably collapse in on his center of balance, reel backwards and then spike his skull through his spine, resulting in a bloody crumpled mess, ball et al.

But since I'm getting paid for it and I'm not an artist and I don't draw like, ever, I don't give enough of a crap to fix it.
