I first ordered mine , too, because studying does not leave enough time for my hobby... but it was horrible. I couldn't even change it with sewing... so I had to sew it completely on my own in only three weeks left, 'til Japantag 2014. Thx God my friend helped me...

Hmm, that's difficult to say. I think in your place, I would do the cosplay I can get hyped with. At least, cosplay is (in my opinion) to have fun playing a character you like. Did you do cosplay before? If you didn't I'd give the advice to do the "simplier" one, and that is Yukio. My friend is a cosplayer for seven years now, if I'm not mistaken. Her cosplays are really awesome, but she had trouble with the Mephisto Cosplay, too (like the leggins and the goatee and sewing his special outfit so it would fit her body). And always keep in mind: if you buy a finished cosplay, there is a chance of nearly 80% that it won't fit you properly, even though you gave them your measurements (like it happend to be with my Amaimon cosplay... as I said. In the end I had to sew it on my own...).
For Yukio's Outfit you can buy a simple black coat (maybe from gothic stores?) that gets near to the look of the references. And if you buy it, the pattern is more simple then Amaimon's or Mephisto's, so the people who will sew it can't possibly do too bad.
Just what I think of it.
At least, it's your decision.
