I'm not dead! Ish. New season of YJ prompted me to draw Audrey in timeskip fashion. Here she is at 22. She left the team at some point and left to the tropical rainforest to live and grow closer to nature which she feels is her "family." She learned to survive on her own and grew up as a result of that. She is no longer the happy-go-lucky girl. Audrey toughened up and became a sort of spirit/legend with a local tribe protecting them from harm and helping to provide with food. She lost almost all contact with the outside world, until Batman finds her and calls her back to Happy Harbor. The status of the team causes her surprise and is shocked to hear of Aqualad's betrayal. They are surprised at her new ruthlessness and strike first attitude.

(I've also been toying around with a doctor in the jungle being able to give her vocal cords through surgery and science (they can make perfect clones, I'm sure they can grow vocal cords). She wouldn't speak often, but it would allow her more freedom in that regard. She wouldn't get them for free though, I just haven't figured out a "payment." which is part of why I'm hesitant to give them to her.....maybe if anyone has input?)
