Description
This is Sebastian, a character I created for an RP have been doing...hes super awesome
...hes funny friendly and loves to draw...you might even say hes the ultimate deviant...not only is he an artist but he ALSO has a super ability, he can take any drawing and bring it to life...literally 
...and he can change the color of his hair (I just though that was a nice touch)...hey hes my OC I can do what I want
