Hmm It was my first time making wings so I used PVC pipe as a base then expanda foam carved in bones with papermache/bondo then added all the feathers!!

There are two, they were broken by that part of the day.... a fan at the X-games punched them and they broke and at the con i only had duck tape to try to repair them

Ah that sucks majorly. I would totally round house kick that person in the face for breaking the costume if it were mine. that being said it still looks pretty epic. you did a really nice job on it.
