...others say he is winking but I think poor Shadow looks half-asleep. Must be worn out from trying to escape his fans all day. Seems determined not to stop, though.
Nicely drawn, as always. All the details and perspective... Adds so much depth, really creates a mood and story for the image to tell. Seems like so much of what I need to learn and improve on, you are already the master of! Truly, I have not yet seen anyone else with your particular style - especially like this image here. Again, you are using still images to capture action and imply motion. Such a contradiction and you make it work so well! Amazes me every time I see you do this. Only a hint of blur in his outline and it flows into the highlights and glows... But the sharpness and clearness of the rest of the image gives so much intensity to the content...makes us feel like we could nearly reach into the picture...

Sweet pic and although I rarely see Shadow winking, it's pretty sweet. I always thought Shadow kinda cheated with being fast since he has those rocket things on the bottom of his shoes, but who knows.
