A lovely manipulation exhibiting clear detail in all aspects of the image. The colors are bright and vibrant and the smoothing applied clear and unapparant to the viewer. I haven't yet looked at the original stock image to see what work you have put into place.

I do not only one issue with the image; the right jaw line which faces the viewer directly, has a line of illumination running along it's edge which may or may not be an artifact from a layer misplacement or a cut and past operation. If it were meant to be a reflective surface then it is at odds with the light reflected from the forward slope of the right shoulder and the directionality of the image lighting from above and behind the viewer; the hair of the model would have shadowed that area of the jawline.

A lovely work which with some minor fixes will be truely beautiful.
