Looked through your other recent deviations as well, and your shading has really improved (most evident on this one though). You should work on your light source a bit though. It is rather hard to see exactly where the light is coming from.
As always the pose looks nice and natural. What I would like though, is for the hair of the head and tail to flow more freely. Especially the tail looks rather stiff. Some loose strands or a more loose hand movement would help on it.

Practice makes perfect, and you have improved rather quickly on the shading area, so you should get a hang of it soon.
