Just a doodle.I saw everyone was posting stuff about their "patron troll". Basically the troll that matched their zodiac sign or whatever.
So I guess since I'm Gemini that makes my patron troll Sollux.
I did the typed text only cause I messed up Sollux's typing quirk and I couldn't think of another way to fix it. So there :I

Yeah her's is Virgo. Though I was just told by someone that it's a different way you find out who your patron troll is. But I dunno so I'll just settle with Sollux.

Ehhh Nepeta isn't a favorite of mine, I don't know. I like her, but her constant roleplaying gets kind of annoying, and she didn't really serve much of a purpose to the plot, i just felt like she was there to take up space.
i mean gosh wow she's really cute, but i know i'd get sick of her type quirk pretty quick XD

actually your patron troll is all the numbers in your birthday added together.
John's is 4/13, 4+1+3=8
the 8th sign is Scorpio, so Vriska is his patron
if you get somethin more than 12 you divide by 12 and round up or down by the decimal
i got 1.5 so rounding up to 2 would be Tavros so woo Tavros as a patron

Both the Sign method and the Numbers method got me Vriska, who is my favorite troll so far, but that method got me Aradia... who is probably my least favorite XD (Though all of them are cool, of course.) Best two out of three?
I wonder whether anyone will work out my birthday based on this information.

I got this method from a Homestuck resource page, and it seems to fit all the kids, so i just assumed it was correct.
According to this one I got Vriska, which I'd muCH RATHER have Tavros.
I really don't like Vriska very much.
Terezi would be an AWESOME patron troll to have.

We're all hooked. Β It's unfortunate that you came into the fandom at this point, though, considering the Megapause that just started and will last for who knows how long.
I used to think that the method was that it was just whatever sign you had, the troll with the matching sign was your patron. Β But that couldn't be the case, seeing that John's patron is Vriska, and Scorpio's dates are October 23 - November 22, while his birthday is April 13.
The one that is the least flawed in method is found here: jzu.tumblr.com/post/4058827914β¦ . Β It's a little confusing, but it worked for me.

Ah, Terezi! Β She's awesome~ Better than mine; I got Eridan. Β Which is cool and all, but sometimes he urks me.
Sollux is one of those trolls that is still kind of..mysterious, I guess. Β He kind of feels like an incomplete character in my opinion, seeing that we just haven't got to feature him in much except for his small portion of Hivebent. Β Even through all that, though, he's one of my favourite characters, for some reason.

Eridan still has his redeeming characteristics. Β At least, within the actuality of the comic. Β The fandom kills him a little.
Equius is great. Β Like the majority of us, I was a bit put off by his weirdness at the beginning and figured I wouldn't like him. Β But, same as for you with Sollux, he grew on me. Β And Karkat's always been a blast to have around, so. :3

He does. I think most all the characters do which is what keeps me from hating any of them. It's like Vriska. I can't help but like her even though she's a pretty terrible person most of the time. The fandom though yeah....
