Hooray! Summer's...basically here XDIt's been awhile since I've posted any actual art but I got bored and sat down with my tablet and started to draw and here's the result. A few hours this took by the way o_o ;
This here's to celebrate the coming of summer...which is way better than winter...which lasts way too long up here.
Ruby loves summer and swimming and the beach and such...Kenneth...not as much XDD
Enjoy. I know it's not some super awesome complex picture but hey, I don't care. I haven't drawn in awhile so I want to draw something simple that's not going to stress me out |D

It's called a car with a ton of gas (or a plane ticket). Beaches are probably packed right now, so I don't exactly suggest going this instant. And if not beaches, epic road trip! (bring friends!)
A sketch dump would be awesome. In the meantime, go read up on Bittersweet Candy Bowl . Found it recently, and read through the entire series thus far in three nights. Drama... holds a special place in my heart, for some reason. The author also has a dA page, curiously enough.

Oh yeah, I've actually seen that before and it's in my bookmarks. I haven't read it yet though. Looks very good and I can see what you mean by having a very similar style to mine.
Something about a simple high school drama...probably because I can relate to it or at least understand what the characters go through seeing as I am a teen...or well...almost not anymore but still XD ;

I personally don't enjoy Summer that much, it is far too hot...
Anyway, the picture looks great, though a bit different then what I normally remember seeing from you. Did you change your style or just not use your tablet so much? Of course, I could be wrong on both matters, and might just not remember...

Well...that's one thing. I like it for a lot of reasons though. When it gets cold I tend to not want to move at all and I lose all motivation to do anything.

I don't know, I haven't really done much to my style as far as I know. It's probably the tablet. The lines are thicker than usual for one thing and I tried a few different techniques with this one.
