Very early in the story, Pinkie kind of, sort of....gets Cupcake'd.
...She gets better. But then the forces of evil continue to play mind games with her while Rainbow Dash desperately tries to find her and rescue her but that isn't going too well so far.
Well....actually, that's not true. Things turn around for the ponies a few times, only for another disaster to strike. Rainbow and Pinkie do know how to handle themselves, and some of the action scenes, to quote a commenter (I have to speak through 3rd persons here, lest I be accused of tooting my own horn), are "almost too exciting to read"
Its supposed to be a big game with big stakes, but at the moment, things are looking a little bad for our heroes.
