Description
Back in the time before the Crossroads, 4 powerful swords where created by the ancestors of the Nexus Wyverns. Known under the name swords of purity, these powerful blades were forged by materials no longer present in this world using knowledge long lost to time.

One of these swords was handed to a young commander known by the name Jaycob, who showed a lot of promise and quickly became a national hero. Tasked with ensuring that evil and dark forces wouldn’t corrupt the good, these powerful blades ensured peace for millennium.

All good things had to come to an end however, and with time all but 1 sword where destroyed. This last sword was known by the name Alicorn, and due to having received powerful blessings from almost otherworldly beings, it had grown in power beyond any other sword, only being surpassed by the legendary Tri from the Crossroads temple (but that’s a different story).

Jaycob however had slowly grown corrupted himself, failing the vow he made many, many years ago. Due to dealing with death and dark forces in order to protect his family, he had slowly become the very thing he swore to destroy. These actions didn’t go unnoticed to Alicorn, and the blade slowly rejected its wilder, as it’s purifying powers clashed with the dark forces Jaycob had made his own, slowly destroying him.

In a last attempt to uphold his promise, Jaycob passed on the blade, declaring his younger sister the new and last guardian of the only remaining blade of purity.

Determined to continue the legacy, Amethyst accepted, using the sword’s power to combat the Reborn Corruption and Ancient Void.
