Description This is the first thing I have finished in blender, and I've spent 16 hours on this over the past 3 days. A quarter of that was me waiting for a preview of it to render.. Bad habit I need to break.. But I think its still pretty good.

Would you say blender is a difficult program to use? I've always wanted to try 3d modeling

Its relativity easy, almost everything is set to hot keys so you can work pretty quickly. Also they have a bunch of tuts on there site so you can learn it relatively quickly. The best tuts are from Blender Cookie and Blender Guru. Most of what I know I learned from those sites and from playing with the program to figure out what stuff does.
