I compared your drawing to the reference photo. The proportions and shading are extremely close. The only proportional difference is her right nostril should be just a bit smaller. The highlights on her lower lip and each lower eyelid are a little too bright and stand out too much. Other than that, the face is almost perfect.
The way the image is cropped is a bit odd. There's too much empty space above her head, making the head look too low. This puts her eyes directly on the centerline of the paper which is not aesthetically pleasing. Look at any good portrait and most of the time you'll see the eyes about 1/3 down from the top of the page. Try cropping the image just under the top of her head to see the difference.
Vision: Since you chose such a pretty lady to draw I'll give you a 4.
Originality: Since it's copied from a photo and not an original drawing I have to give you just 1 star.
Technique: 5 stars. I'd give you 6 if I could.
Impact: The cropping problem really takes away from the impact, 3 stars.

Very-very good critique! That is exactly what I prefer to see even in my own critiques. I'm talking about how constructive the critique need to be without to be afraid to express your own point of view any work like this should be marked as fair even for its honesty instead of those comments where would be written only "Super", "Good" or even "Wow"! Yours is a beautiful example of an incontrovertible work/critique!

Thank you very much. I believe the main purpose of a critique is to provide help. Everybody likes to hear their art called "great" but that's not going to help anyone draw better, although it may help give confidence.
