Not made by me, only colored!mion from the higurashi no naku koro ni manga
this is probably somewhere in the future, I didn't really get
that part of the manga, but a lot is also missing

Meakashi-hen is the Eye Opening Chapter.
Even though Rika's death scene was the reason why I started watching the show I will probably never read the arc. After getting to know and love the characters it is a bit too... intense.
I guess you wondered how Mion survived the school incident.

I wish OneManga would hurry up and upload more of the Shion arc, where she start killing people. Because I saw a video of the Rika stabbing scene, except in manga version, and she stabs the front of her neck instead.

I don't find the anime scary. All the parts that was SUPPOSE to scare me, just made me fall more in love with the anime XD
I'll say this though, the faces they make on the game FREAKED me out badly. They made faces as if they were going to rape you O_O
But in the manga, Rena's twisted head was so awesome XD

Yeah, I noticed that about the manga. Each new arc have a different style. So, I think the person who made Higurashi (the name that starts with a 'R' and has '07' in there name) gets new people to draw the manga in their own style for each arc.
