Yes, more Lara Croft art. This is the lineart for a little competition I'm entering to design a comic book cover - the winner gets sent to Top Cow for evaluation, so I couldn't resist it! (The coloured version (when it is done) will be the version I enter, not this one, obviously...)So - Classic Lara vs one of the nasty, groaning mutant mummies from TR1 (affectionately titled 'bacon-mummies' at the TR forums!). I've been wanting to get more dynamic in my posing etc. for a while... this kind of has been the perfect excuse. This pose was (umm, is...) a bit scary - I didn't use a reference, but I did use a lot of anatomy books to try to help me.
And I STILL can't draw guns to save my life. Gah, why can't Lara have a sword... swords are easier to draw...
