As long as it isn't doused with fertilizer or pesticides it's fine, though they usually don't even try to eat it. Be careful though, as they can run really fast and can easily get away!

Yep she's my baby ^_^ well one of two at the moment. She was somehow brain-damaged when she was a baby so she's a bit off-balance and she falls over a lot, but it only adds to her cutie appeal.

Can't have too many rats ^_^ Well, I had over 50 at one point (I used to breed them) and it was a little too many...hehe
I used to breed mice as well, but the ones I had weren't quite as personable as the rats were and they smelled a lot more so I stopped and focused only on rats.
