another new oc tonight! I've been dying to do a voluptuous little live wire X3 So this is Terasu Rie!

- Her first name means "valued blessing" while her last name means "to shine"

- Rie comes from one of the highest and richest families in Kumo. Her parents routinely give money towards the village and donate to various organization within Kumo.

- As a result Rie has grown up with a high opinion of herself and has a snooty prissy attitude around people.

- She doesn't get along that well with other women because she can be rather catty. This bothers her completely and leaves her feeling lonely.

- She is an only child and it shows because she behaves like the world should bow to her whims and needs.

- She has a sultry, seductive personality and will flirt with any and every man she comes across. This works to her advantage in her job.

- She's usually sent on missions requiring the "feminine touch". She's very good at infiltration and espionage.

- She continues her hoity-toity attitude until Shii knocks her down a few pegs to where she sees herself for who she is. This makes her self aware of her flaws for the first time and from there she works to correct those things as best she can.

- This reality check from Shii also led her to develop strong feelings for him. A man who is able to stand up to her and tell her how it is became instantly attractive for her.
- She eventually becomes very accountable and accepting of her unattractive qualities.

- Regardless she is quite a loving person and few people have gotten to see this side of her.
- She has a very truthful side and can't really lie very well. At the very least her poker face can use some work XD

- When she finally tones down her prissy attitude her and Shii do manage to begin a relationship together. She is the one who is always initiating affection and would kiss him all day if she could. He draws a line with her though and prefers to keep that stuff in private. When they're alone...all's fair though lol
