thanks, i was watching the movie, feelin all depressed so i decided to do some sketching. I felt better after words. #6 was my fave, closely followed by #2

#6 has her hair and most of her face, but her eyes aren't quite right, and her right cheek sticks out a little too much.

I actually get when I'm watching the movie... right about the time she wakes up on the beach with legs. Gets interesting again when she collapses on the ship , and then I just leave after Triton caves in and transforms her for good.

A real roller-coaster, I tell ya. But, I wouldn't be a loyal mer-phile if I didn't feel that way.

Even though I'm a guy, I always wish I coulda watched TLM the series when I was younger, dammit! (It came out when I was 7, but was on a channel we couldn't pick up well.)

(I'm a 27yr-old hetero mer-phile & Arielholic... try explaining that one to your family and friends... )

Dawww I watched every ep of TLM tv series i could when i was younger and right now am on the hunt for the series on DVD. The show comes on @ 3 or 330 am on the Disney channel.

I've had strong ties to everything and everything about Ariel since I was around 5 or 6 when i had the brilliant idea to tie my ankles together and jump into the deep end of my grandma's pool. I nearly drowned, and ever since i've been just about obsessed.

Spring Break 2011 my friend and i are going to go to Disney World and hunt down each of our fave characters.

Even though I am a girl and have that small excuse my family still thinks it's a complete waist of time and money. this past semester I did at least 4 paintings in my watercolor class pertaining to Ariel or the story. I've read the original by HCA and watched the really old one baised on his story.

I'm a 19yr old soon-to-be-married woman who is still obsessed with anything Disney and especially Ariel. First crush was eric, who is a sailor, and i'm marrying a Marine. Hmmm, i wonder if TLM had any influence on that choice Subconsciously. . .

I've never been able to draw characters, but I started an-incomplete/WiP TLM fanfic (I rate it PG-13 for sci-fi/fantasy violence & some adult themes/language) years ago to fill that gap(s). It's currently in the Files sections of the Yahoo!Groups MermaidStoriesFanFics [link] and Arielholics_group [link] under the collective title "Mission 1A1". (I'm debating whether-or-not to upload the chapters to dA... )

if they're gonna get rid of anyone it should be freakin Snow White. humph :fuming:

Well, when I hear from him, i will let him know. He's in Afghanistan right now and i haven't heard from him in about a month.
