I know this is a really late reply lol. 
I've watched Hellsing a couple times but never got to see the whole thing, but I loved the parts I saw. Their vampires aren't what I usually picture vampires to look like, but they still look scary and dangerous and not ridiculous like Twilight's vamps.

Of course, I've never really found any adaption of a vampire besides Bram Stoker's "Dracula" that really showed how I pictured vampires, but yes, its definitely more realistic than the Twilight vampires.
