Not necessarily boring. The bold eyes already attract attention, but the use of colour accents like this can sometimes add a completely new feel to pictures or be used to compliment and pull out certain colours already in the picture.

Yes, agree. Sometimes people say to me - this (it doesn't mater which photo) photo will be perfect if it will be perfectly in the center. But I personally don't like pictures with symmetry, then photos looks quite unnatural.
