Okay! Critique time!
Alright, I will first comment on the subject matter: the character reference page. It's not a terribly original idea, but fortunately, is a subject that can be easily customized. The only thing you left out is a full body back view. You really want to try to present your character "in the round". Basically from every possible view. The black border is unnecessary since nothing is labeled, it makes the composition look uneven because the border weight is uneven on the far left.
Now onto the figure.
Rein's features seem to be in good proportion in relation to the rest of his body. His body shape is quite feminine, I'm not sure if that is intentional or not. If it is not intentional, his shoulders need to be broader in relation to his hips instead of an hourglass shape. My other correction is that he seems to have a very low forehead. Try rounding it out a little more in his profile view.
Overall, the coloring technique and use of pattern is executed wonderfully. Keep up the good work!
