but it's not that hard to shade...

no prob! i tried shading with black and it didn't work out,I usually shade with a darker shade of the base color : D

Looking great! The hard shadows don't really fit this image though;at least that's my opinion XP. It makes Hay Lin look even more yellow and pale than she already is!
