Her Mother Chiya Mizudori and her Father Setto Nara.

They met eachother on a mission. Chiya was wounded and Setto found her in a cave when he was searching for shelter. He took care of her, even though she was his enemy. Their relationship was a taboo in the Nara clan, as well in the Hidden Mist. Chiya was banished from the Hidden Mist. She went to Setto to ask for help, but when she arrived, she was shot by the guards, because they thought she was here to harm people. She was in the hospital and Setto visited her every day. Their relationship was stong, and she deceided to mark herself with the symbol; Kage (which Chiaku has too). She did this out of respect for the Nara clan. A sign that she wanted to be a part of this family.

When she got pregnant 2 years later, she died after giving birth to Chiaku. Setto pikked the name. The child needed a name that resembles her mother. Chiaku.
