Practice art for GBIllustration's Pokemon Battle Frontier contest.
Sorry about the color quality, hating my scanner so much. I don't know if this is properly set up, though.

*Ahem*
This takes place on an island near the Resort Area, a good place to train Pokemon for combat...unfortunately, Tanya and Scythia started arguing after Scythia and Rophie had something that one would call a "Kodak Moment." Reaper is in a bad mood, because Tanya promised her that she would teach her how to swim better. Why is she not giving orders? Because those two are really serious about battles, and it's simply faster to let the two burn out.

Notes:
-Despite what it might look like, Tanya is NOT controlling the water with her hands, she's controlling it with her tail.
-Scythia is using Strength
-Scythia is holding Rophie's Expert Belt. I was a moron and didn't make it distinguishable.

Rophie's full name is Roldolpho.
