It's an expression that means exactly or to perfection.

Ahhh.... Yeah, you're completely right. I think Hufflepuff is a great House - I mean, I prefer Hiccup in this House rather than him being in Ravenclaw, so yeah, I love Hufflepuff - but Anna simply has the benefits and potential of being a better Gryffindor than Hufflepuff. Kristoff, on the other hand, due to his passive role, suits best as a Hufflepuff, yeah.
Hey, where do you prefer the CGI-characters? Which character in which House?

Well, let's see. We already agreed on Anna being in Gryffindor, and I also agree with Kristoff being in Hufflepuff. I think Elsa would fit best in Ravenclaw, because she's intelligent and resourceful. Hans would make a good Slytherin, because he's clever and conniving. I think Rapunzel and Merida would join Anna in Gryffindor, because they are also outgoing and adventurous. But I'm kind of on the fence about Hiccup. In the original movie, I think he possesses more qualities of a Hufflepuff, but in the sequel, I think he possesses more qualities of a Gryffindor. I think he would fit well in either one, to be honest.
