I have to agree with the other comment. The upper half of the picture is really interesting but it falls flat after your knees. Still a great shot though.

You asked for a critique, but I don't have that fancy premium membership, so here goes my five cents.

I very much like the pose and tonality of the upper half of this picture. The jacket, pose/attitude, sunglasses and everything has a very chique and expensive/cool feeling to it.

Which is too bad, since the lower half takes the most attention in the picture, and doesn't hold that kind of a quality, and the pose seems posed. The plaster on the right leg adds to this.

I would have cropped it to a more square composition, just below the knees imho.
