yes we were quite near to that station, first it looked like some seat of the government. In the old days they built railwaystations alike cathedrals, nowadys they build cathedrals like stations

XD Yup, Centraal is impressive station to say the least If you go back for longer stay, make sure to pay a visit to the Grand Café 1e Klas - it is inside the station, on platform 2b. Not the oldest, but one of the most beautiful pubs in Amsterdam

thanks for the tip i'll certainly pay a visit to the station, if the interior is similar to its outside it's certainly worth to drop in.
