oh XD thanks so much for the kind words your comment motivates me a lot to do more, and actually i didnt use any references for the face i do use then for clothes and stuff like that but i have never use it for faces or expressions

I want to learn how to make my drawings a little less cartoony, with realistic faces and the sort, what do you suppose that i could do on that?

Well…First of all sorry about the lateness i see you asked almost a days a go... off we go…What i do is to look at the features of the face and how they move, I then study what type of changes expression generate. and That I looked at then in a mechanical way doesn’t have a thing to do with the feel. The muscles of the face have to be study and even use our own face if is necessary (as Gregg capullo said many years ago in the wizard magazine he said he have a mirror over his drawing table so in that way he could make any crazy expression he needs that thing is burn In my memory XD)to know where each thing moves, then the other thing is practice proof and error, you will get there in no time im sure about that(hope to be of some help and if you have more question feel free to ask)
