That's actually pretty good. I don't know what those rope-veil thingies are made of in real world, but in Anime they had a paper-like feeling to them.

You do look like him; I like the way you're representing Itachi in this picture. The way you're staring, and the clothing that you're wearing plus the hair style... also the detailed showing two lines under his eyes you drew it very good. Everything about you just looks perfect as it should be for the animated Itachi. Good job!
