Well, when you see this next piece.....!!!! (which is the reason I'm delayed in responses this year!!!!)
I keep wanting to share sneak peeks ... but I want it to surprise everyone when I share the progress photos all at once alongside the final product. I'm undertaking one of the most challenging portraits yet (as my fourth painted portrait in a lifetime!!!)~

I dunno why, but some very strange and utterly terrifying thoughts came to mind about the subject matter of thine most anticipated coming painting... at first I thought it might be Salvador or Gala, but I don't feel it has anything to do with that.
... ... ... ... ... ... ... and now I fear the worst!
But I'm sure that, whatever the subject, the process and result are going to be amazing. I can't wait to see!

You won't be able to guess, haha it's another incredible female vocal, who very recently was arrested for tax evasion of some sort, if I'm not mistaken. I how to finish soon because my winter break is near an end....!!! I'm at afriend's fiesta right now on mine mobile device and would like nothing more than to carry on with it right now!!!!!

Urghhh, just simple details are holding me back right now. Both my Nina portrait and this new one are going to be in a show next month ~ I've been so very very busy, my friend! I just got back from a wonderful business conference and I'm even more inspired about the world and I've started more paintings ... big paintings.... near gargantuan paintings..... and I have shows..... and work, and school! My goodness, if I could just finish this one piece..........

it's funny how so many people would have literally burnt themselves up were they in your shoes but you don't only find yourself comfortable in these states of quite agile activity but also discover bliss and happiness on the way, most incredibly unique this is.

Whoa! I love how you gave her a rainbow of color in her face! The cool colors seem to be the shading while the warmer colors are the highlights. Was there any symbolism behind that or did you just think of it as a cool effect? I like how you made most of the hair and clothes a deep black so the rest of her pops out more . Great job
