Description
Here’s another new monster OC! Željko is the most powerful monster held in Caspian’s lab/containment facility on planet Aquarius. As far as powers go, he’s got a bit of an icy hot thing going on. Željko can manipulate large quantities of water and change its temperature to suit his needs, from scalding to solid ice. He’s a highly-intelligent and mischievous fellow who loves messing with people’s heads, even from within his cell. As crafty as Željko is, his ego can definitely get the better of him and he’d never admit to being outplayed.

This guy isn’t as developed as Perroxyl (for now), but basically he’s the scourge of Caspian’s existence. At one point, Željko nearly escaped and just about killed Caspian in the process. That event was the catalyst for Caspian to demand more security detail at the lab, which is where Jules enters the picture.

Željko is based on a type of seahorse called a leafy seadragon! It was fun to draw a dragon-like character in general since it's been a while for me. He has one of those designs that doesn’t necessarily scream Kirby OC, but he’s intended to look a bit out of place. Those hands of his were a challenge for me! They’re posed kind of weird, but at least I got some practice lol
