There is so many layers to this artwork it is incredible I keep catching myself looking at finding something new, this indicates to me the sign of a fantastic artist.

What a fascinating idea. I love the use of old-fashioned text/runes as part of the portal design. It goes very well with the archaic nature of the ship that appears from it. As a result the whole thing gains a dark and diabolical outlook, giving a sense of foreboding and making one wonder if this thing is from heaven or hell. Those people on the beach must be thinking nothing good will come out of this, and must be preparing for an invasion! Great work.
