Tiffa Adill is from the Gundam series, specifically " after war gundam x "
PD: Watched the series not long ago and was quite surprised how a main female protagonist from a franchise as popular as gundam barely had any fanarts at all, considering the series quality and Tiffa overall cuteness both definetly deserved more attention but sadly this anime is the perfect example of "wrong time, wrong place" (being a mecha series released at the same time as evangelion did back then didn´t do any favours.....) , considered that my pal divi, being a gundam fan, was the perfect man for this job and im really liking the result, lovely pic all around ^_^
