Description

I decided to change some things about my verse starting with Flurry Heart. As someone in the asexual spectrum I wanted to create a nextgen of Cadence that was Aro-Ace, because she is the princess of ALL love types, and I believed and believe that it would be beautiful and good representation. I mean I don't like when they represent us as serious, cold, grumpy, bitter, etc ... you know stereotypes. So from now on, Flurry is a happy single mother, and her babies are adopted. Her personality the same, but now besides asexual she is aromatic.

And I think I already discovered a way to make the bios of my characters and not die trying. Just not making them "perfect" I mean clean lineart and color, things like that, I like my style more sketch-like and adding almost messy things gives it a touch that I really love. Soooo I think I going to work a little in someting for myself.

The kid are: the purple girl is a changeling/minotaur hybrid (shes the middle kid), and the little baby-boy is the youngest is a dragon/harpy hybrid (harpy is how I call the species of Captain Celaeno and her crew, because I dont know the real name).
I'm still thinking of the oldest species maybe just an earh-pony who knows.

The truth Flurry first fostered her first two children at the beginning, since they were ... difficult cases, the oldest was already about 15 years old and unfortunately the older you are, the more difficult the adoption, in addition to having serious trust issues, especially with adults. And in the girl's case, it was... the adults were afraid of her, it may not seem but she has big strength and does not control it very well, that mixed with her appearance made it difficult to find a home for her, even foster since many returned it for accidents that the girl did without wanting to, not to mention her diet was complicated. Both had been returned many times to the orphanage. I know it sounds cruel but many times the system is like that. And the little one

Despite the many changes in her person there is one thing that never changed in Flurry's heart, she wanted children. She didn't want a partner to have a family, or to get pregnant, she just wanted to be a mom. Flurry knew that there were many children who needed love and she had a lot to give, so adopting was always in her dreams.

And her heart told her that these children needed her more than anyone. At first it was difficult very difficult, (especially with her eldest son) but with a lot of patience, understanding and love, she won the affection of the children and adopted them legally. The little one was an egg that Ember entrusted to her since it had been abandoned for being supposedly empty in addition to having a strange appearance to be a dragon (they couldn't find the parents) so Flurry took care of it until it hatched, it was a surprise when it was born a mixed baby dragon with some kind of bird. Of course, since the parents never appreciated, Flurry ended up being her little darling's permanent mommy.

I don't have the names yet, so if you have suggestions on that and personalities, it would be very welcome

I know that the concept of Flurry Heart beaing a "rebel" or "goth" or things like that is very used. I mean that's the opinion of the people. Im going to overshare now XD
The Crystal Empire is behind in several things and in others it refuses to change because "it is the custom and it has been done that way for centuries". They are literally a community of love, but they do not understand that there are creatures that do not feel sexual attraction, do not fall in love, the fluidity of gender, with out mencion the... eccentricity of the modern world.
They accept that the creatures can love others of the same or different gender, even several ponies at the same time, (like Cadence and Shining) damn it! even in fashion/beauty they are very andro, but they do not understand that princess Flurry Heart is AroAce that adopt not-pony kids, that the prince Eros is a trans stallion, that Prince Radiant Hope love to work in the funeral home with her wife the changeling princess, or that the youngest of the princes Romeo is totally immune to the terrifying of some monsters and such sweet, cute and delicate little thing like him is such a fierce fighter.

Crystal ponies don't say it directly because of course they are their rulers but ... rumors fly fast, not to mention how they treat others who are this "kind of ponies" within their community. But thanks to their Queen they try.
I thought that what is more rebellious than her desire to be happy living as she wishes? using the style that she loves, expressing herself without fear, she still cares about her ponies, but is convinced that "A government cannot stay stuck, but erase everything and start from scratch its also not the right way. The path to progress evolve and learn from the mistakes of the past and work for a better life"

And as for their stubbornness to continue in absolute monarchy ... they had to change due to some very bad incidents that occurred but it is a slow process, but its working. Of course there were be always just some that are agains the change but are just a few.

I've been watching a lot of old cartoons, and I love Betty Boop, it reminds me of my childhood when I had to wait for the weekends to watch cartoons on tv or watch non-stop vhs. I don't know if it's because I'm sensitive right now but the song made me cry a little, I think we all need someone to encourage us in this way.
