Catch him, Arthur! D:Another scene in the "This is Justice" story. And also my first attempt at trying a more manga-type layout... I'm not satsified with the way it turned out though. Urgh! -- so messy and confusing!
I'm attempting to try my hand at more background type work in later fanart...but man oh man, how I hate drawing backgrounds!
